Besides the football championship tro- phy they also earned the runners up title and trophyin the district l9class B basketballtnurnament,downing Worthing 87 to 8, Alcester 56 to 35 and then losing to the rangy Parker team 56to47. Seventeen young hopefuls who lacked in experience and height started out the season and with the guidance of their coach, M. E. Christopherson, de- veloped a squad that was alert and on the ball.
