The 63 girls enrolled have learned to regard the home as a basis SP of the four freedoms. Third year students dealt with Lorraine, Joyce LOiS,'Pau1ine the sewing of suits, entertaining in the home, interior decorating and child care programs As their improvement project this yean the girls also appliqued curtains for the department. The freshmen course, centered around three units, the girl her- self, meal planning and sewing of cotton and linen garments, while the sophomores studied food pres- ervation nutrition, first aid and clothing analysis of silk, wool and synthetic fibers.
