RaDUCATION With the appearance of federal aid to educa- tion this year, the school board was faced with new possibilities of a broader scope of education at B.C.H.S., and they sought to take advantage of the aid by preparing to meet federal qualifica- tions for the money. Two new rooms for special education were added under the new program and Srovements were in sight. 23
