The Thespian Society consists of the students who performed in the Junior or Senior plays and students interested in dramatics. The officers are: Brenda Payne, President; Brenda Fisher, Vice-President; Judie Carroll, Secretary; Buzzie Johnson, Treasurer; Gladys Davis, Clerk; Annette Frailey, Parliamentarian; it: Se Thespians —The Voice of the Dramatists or 13. CG lal S and Phil Foster, Sergeant of Arms. The Speech Club, sponsored by Mr. John Miller, is open to any student in a speech class. The officers are: Judie Carroll, President; Buzzie Johnson, Vice- President; Larry Lewis, Secretary; and Robert Chap- man, J reasurer. Speech Club—the spokesmen of the school

Chemistry Club —:00m! ! I FBLA —to be a secretary The Future Business Leaders of Amer- ica is a national organization for juniors and seniors who take an active interest in busi- ness operation and procedure. The purpose of the club is to expose its members to actual business working con- ditions. The officers for this year are: Sharon Gulley, President; Martha Duck worth, Vice-President; Kathy Parris, Secre- tary; Joye Moore, Treasurer; and Wilda Bridges, Reporter. The Chemistry Club, sponsored by Mr. Upchurch, consists of the “A” students in chemistry, and last year’s members. The club's purpose is to make experiments and explain them at meetings, prepare its mem- bers for college chemistry, and for work with chemistry involved. The officers are: Judy McCarty, President; Brenda Fisher, Vice-President; Brenda Payne, Secretary; and David Giacone, Treasurer.
