Because of limited facilities the Boys' Rifle
Club has divided itself into two sections. They
meet on alternate Wednesdays. Mr. Thorp
meets one section and Mr. Rock the other
Each month, December through May. the
club fires in the National Postal matches
From those matches we are rated as a club
and as individuals with all the other clubs
in the nation. We fire in the non-military
Our two sections are limited to twelve
members each. In the spring we take four
boys to the National matches where we fire
in competition with the other clubs.

Club consists of boys especially in-
terested in agriculture. and in im-
proving farming methods. The
clubls only membership requirements
are that members must be enrolled
in Agriculture, and must practice
good farming on their own home

The Benton Harbor Junior Girls' Rifle
Club fires every Tuesday evening at the
Y.lVl.C.A. The "Yi, has only three firing
points therefore the club membership is
limited to twelve girls.
ln November. December. January and Feb-
ruary the club fires in the National Postal
matches. The targets are scored by officials
of the National Rifle Association and the Club
is rated with all the clubs in the nation.
ln the spring a team of four is selected to
fire in the National matches. This year each
member must fire 10 shots in each of the
four positions: prone. standing, sitting. and
