Many changes come about in the Student Council this past year. Using the new constitution voted in by last year's Student Council, representatives were chosen from homerooms, instead of from organizations, as was done formerly. Using its new power to the fullest extent, the Council sponsored several activities and drives. Freshman initiation was carried out in successful and orderly fashion. The intramural program this year was one of the Student Council's new responsibilities. This year’s Student Council has shown the way that more effective student government may be accomplished.
