After successfully completing two Benedictine scholastic years, the juniors shed a sigh of relief in that somehow they have managed to survive the academic and disciplinary rigors. Noisily they may proclaim their relief. Quietly, however, they demonstrate their newly acquired maturity. This maturity is a determination to work to build, each in his own way, a better United States, a better world and attain the ultimate goal of man- kind-union with God in heaven. When 209 Benedictine juniors met Sept. 20 at an election-of-officers assembly, they were instructed by moderator Father Raphael, O.S.B., to elect responsible leaders.
