T.C of Arms Competition. To Zelnar Hicks was accorded the highest honor attainable by a cadet. Cadet Hicl s, who became full colonel, was appointed Com- mander of the East Brigade. BELMONT R.O.T.C. has been charmingly represented by its fine co-ed officers, and the school has been well served at many events — matches, dances, and football games — by the assistance of the R.O.T.C.
