As we hear the nostalgic strains of “Pomp and Circumstance” at one of the greatest events in our young lives, we realize that we are ac- tually leaving Belmont High. Many scenes pass before our eyes recalling three wonderful years spent here and the friendly, helpful people with whom we met and worked. We sincerely ap- preciate the guiding hands of Mr. Higginbottom, not only our principal, but our friend; Mr. Kolouch, Miss Anderson, and Mr. Nagle. Praise is due also to those behind the scenes: the office staff, the kitchen staff, and the janitors. Our class is truly grateful to have had Miss Cleary walking beside us in everything we have under- taken, as an advisor and inspiring supporter. Along with our memories of fun, we find we have grown up — no longer bewildered sophomores, but now stately seniors, looking ahead to our places in the world. seniors
