DECEMBER 10: Members of the Bellows' band, orchestra, and glee club perform at the White Plains County Center in the All State Concert. BASKETBALL SEASON: The Bellows' Band Box will be sparkling with activity as the Panthers strive to win the SWIAC Champion- ship. Busy Seniors selling refreshments at the games are: Eugene Giancola, Chairman: Theresa Barone, Carol Garfunkel, Carol Gotti, Shirley Holland, Janet Irving, and Josephine Puleo. DECEMBER 21: Everyone dashes out for the last minute shopping after school closes for the Christmas holiday. Merry Christmas to all! JANUARY 3: We reluctantly return to the old grind with few holidays to anticipate. JANUARY 23-27: Last minute cramming becomes the order of the day as we prepare for mid-year exams. FEBRUARY 7: A busload of ardent music enthusiasts attend the opera Carmen sponsored by the Metropolitan Opera Guild. FEBRUARY 17: Otis Mental Ability Test. Who's got an LQ. anyway? MARCH 8: Out comes the measuring tape, as wet get fitted for our caps and gowns. Is graduaton day really that close? MARCH 21: We brush up on Emily Post's do's and don'ts and entertain our proud parents at the annual tea. MARCH 22: DEADLINE ! ! ! This is our record so far. As to what happens from here on-consult any Senior for the facts. We Seniors hope this chronicle of events will revive many pleasant memories as you flip through the pages of Scraps in future years.

A Q OCTOBER 28: Most of the school has a holiday when the teachers go to their annual Zone Conference. Many Seniors spend the day working on the stage sets for the Senior Play. NOVEMBER: Senior supersalesmen take their high - pressure methods out of cold storage and get busy selling Christmas cards, wrapping paper, and magazine sub- scriptions. .Ioan Gillette, Regina Marron, and Marion Stephens, members of the Christmas Card Committee had their hands full regulating sales, while the Maga- zine Subscription Committee composed of Sybil Nas- sau and Bob Keegan had an equally difticult iob. NOVEMBER: 1 The Seniors start treking down to Caruso's to have their pictures taken for the yearbook's Rogue's Gal- Iery. NOVEMBER 3: Colleges and business schools are represented at Mamaroneck High School's College Conference, which Bellows' Seniors are invited to attend. NOVEMBER 15: In order to raise additional funds, the Senior Class sponsors a Fall Sports Dance after the Rye football game. Those in charge of the successful event were: Panky Vitetta, Chairman, Sally Falk, Decorations, Vic- tor Griltin, Advertising, and Eileen Reilling, Refresh- ments. NOVEMBER 18 AND 19: The performance of Mary Roberts Rinehart's The Bat thrills an enthusiastic audience. NOVEMBER 21: Mr. Zimmerman's Senior Social Studies classes spend the day at Flushing Meadows where they see the General Assembly of the United Nations in session. The appearance of the Shah of Iran was an added attraction for the group. OCTOBER 27: A group of American Indians entertain us at on assembly program in which they demonstrate their dances.
