It was due to the foresight and generosity of this St. Albans citizen that the high school students of this city have at the present time in Bellows Free Academy a school building which is surpassed by none other in the state. The first graduation exercises in this building were held in June, 1930. There- fore it is Htting that our class, graduating ten years later, honor the memory of this truly great philanthropist. Hi
