Everyone suffered in the cold on the patio when smoking, got used to eating whenever the cafeteria was open, 1,000 visitors, the long day and in general proceeded to go around in total awe of what was happening. Learning takes place almost everywhere in our school and it happens in many ways. Teachers and stu- dents can often be found having informal educational discussions, viewing materials in the audio visual area, or reading in the resource center and various other areas of the building. Everyone is becoming more adjusted this year as everyone is learning what to expect from one another. The enthusiasm of the students shows in various areas of the school, but particularly in the co-curricular activities. The interest in the many clubs has been exciting. The first year at B.F.U. H.S. was a great success. This year the students and their student leaders, the faculty and administration deserve a great deal of credit for the progress that has been accomplished at our school in the name of open concept education. Student Council is working for more changes music in the cafeterias sponsoring of sport ban- quets . student exchanges. 20
