J LLcaneer The first semester cabinet began its duties during the summer. With the Bellflower Junior Chamber of Commerce as their sponsor they held activity nights every Wednesday. A very successful dance in August highlighted the summer program. Planning pep rallies, assemblies, and sponsoring student body legislation were included in the many tasks which the cabinet undertook. Revising the Student Body Constitu- tion and presenting it to the Bellflower Board of Education was also completed. Organizing the homecoming activities, presenting a talent assembly, honoring the exchange students from Mexico, and sponsoring a very successful beatnik dance completed the cabinet's activities.
