Essential services by willing workers The staff of clerical, cafeteria, and custodial workers provided the daily services that helped in the efficient operation of the school. Responsible for daily attendance records, files and schedules of students, room-to-room passes, and telephone messages were the secretaries in the Board of Education and the high school offices. The maintenance crew kept the campus and buildings clean and the physical plant repaired and functioning. The cafeteria service hired by the school provided balanced meals essential to the working of healthy minds. The bookstore offered all kinds of learning tools, from pencils to honors algebra books. Board of Education secretaries were Leslie Cody, Marie Becker, Wanda Childers, JoAnn Katzmark, Myra Ramers, Gale Hargis, Wally Cechovic, Marlene Wright, and Nadine Chapman The custodians were: ( kneeling) John Klee, lohn Krummry, Al Sink, ( standing) Ann Gaubatz, Mr. Philip Christian and Mr. lohn Krummry help Wayne Groh, Ed Chinn, Jim Hettenhausen, Vern Fohl, Clem Koesterer, and lack Coyne.
