Soldier Linda Beaston Sue Brierly Apparitions The play included 30 enthusiastic students in the cast as well as many hardworking behind the scene crew members. The costumes worn in the production, which ranged from medieval evening gowns to suits of armor, to witch outfits, were ordered from Ead ' s Costume Company in New York. The play was certainly a success; for the first time in East ' s history, the fall play was sold out all three nights.

The fall play this year, which was presented October 17, 18, and 19, and which is annually directed by Charles Zeller, was William Shakes¬ peare ' s MACBETH. This was the first time that a Shakesperean play had ever been attempted on the East Stage. A fine set was designed by Mr. Ron Isom, who was able to transpose small B100 into a medieval castle.
