Martin...........................Vice-President Thirty-nine seniors walked together along the pathway of their last year at Belle Plaine High School. They strived to make this year the happiest and most memorable of them all. Their first big event was Homecoming and it was a real homecoming for all the alumni. The seniors gave a robe for the coronation, to be used year after year. April 21 marked the night of their senior class play, Our Hearts Were Young and Gay. In the spring the seniors went on a social field trip to visit the Ford plant and the Mu- seum of Natural History at the University of Minnesota. Senior Skip Day, May 17, came and the seniors knew their high school years were coming to an end. They went to Taylors Falls for a picnic and then to Minneapolis to spend the evening anyway they wanted to. Graduation, May 31, came and as these thirty-nine seniors received their diplomas they became alumni. They will never forget their years at Belle Plaine High School.
