THE CUP The Belle Glade cheerleaders proudly display our now famous slogan, '4We're No. l. and the football team's mascot, Kenny Buckner. I38 N13 3 AN UNF ORGETTABLE YEAR . The Belle Glade Colden Rams had the best season in the history of this school. No fan could say that he was let down as far as giving him pride in his favorite team. The Rams played seven of the ten scheduled games Without hav- ing their goal crossed. It takes a good defensive team to accomplish this feat. With three games to go before playing Pahokee, We gave up only 13 points. At the close of the season with our flawless sportsmanship and teamwork, they were the unbeaten Suncoast Conference Champions. Among the honors won: Coach Burke was named Coach Of The Year and the football team received Suncoast Conference Undefeated Champions emblems to wear on their jackets. In addition, all senior members of the team received lifetime passes to all home games. We, students of Belle Glade High School, are mighty proud of the team and their record.
