The purpose of the Sodality is to lead the individual to God through Mary. The Sodality is divided into five divisions: Pro- bation Sodality, Freshman Sodality, Sophomore So- dality, Junior Sodality, and the Senior Sodality. We hold the Sodality at Bellarmine to be the most important organization in the school. STUDENT BODY OFFICERS The student body was led by President Harry Frickelton. His cabinet consisted of Vice-President Joe Hermsen, Sergeant-at-Arms David P. Strong, and Secretary-Treasurer Duane Zimbrick. In addition to this each room has its own presi- dent and cabinet, who administer the affairs of their respective rooms. l r Throughout Bell Hi there are many clubs and the one that heads the list is the Lion's Club. This club is an honor society consisting of juniors and seniors. This year the club was active in promoting a Christmas Ball and also has plans for an ice-skat- ing party later in the year. The officers of the past year were: Dick Harrison, president, John Ken- nedy, vice-president, David ' P. Strong, secretary- treasurer: and joe Hermsen, sergeant-at-arms. Its members under the direction of Father Sneeringer, SJ. moderator are: graduating seniors besides the officers: Peter Henriot, john Zawislak, Dave Walsh, Bob Thaden, Duane Zimbrick, Don jutilla, Bob Moreland, Don Hutt, jerry Marshall, Harry Frickel- ton, Delmar Brittain, Dave Abercrombie, and Ron Morris. The juniors are: Jerry Hubbard, Paul Mar- tin, Ed Burgi, George Nordi, Bob Castleberry, Bob Hulsher, and Ivan Shaw.
