Students at Bell find ready help and
answers at the counselor's desk. Here
they receive individual help in under-
standing themselves in respect to their
interests, strengths, aptitudes and abili-
ties, ns well as, their limitations. Aid is
given in placing students in profitable
work situations on a part time basis
while attending school, as well as per-
manent placement after graduation.
It is with a feeling of pride and satisfaction
that the counselor extends congratulations to
the graduating class of '65. Your class is by
far the largest since the founding of Bell
Vocational High School.
With the emphasis today on automation, it
is even more necessary that you continue
your study and on-the-job-training to meet
the increasing requirements of the future for
skilled mechanics. I hope that each of you
will achieve a greater measure of success in
your chosen occupation than you ever real-
ized was possible.

ENTER TO LEARN
DEPART TO SERVE
To the class of 1965, congratulations and best wishes for a long, prosperous and healthy -life. The faculty has
attempted to give you the knowledge and skills so necessary for a young man entering the world of work, the
armed services or the field of higher education.
During your three years at Bell Vocational High School, you have lived as a citizen in a small community of
500 students and teachers. Many of you have served with distinction as members of the Student Council, Bell
Chorus, Cadet Corps or Athletic Teams. This participation was excellent training for the day that you would
graduate and become an Alumnus of Bell. How well we taught, how much pride of school, community and coun-
try we instilled can be answered only by how much you continue to grow morally and mentally . . . If, when
you leave us you become an alert member of your community who contributes to the continued improvement
of our city and country-then, your teachers at Bell have done their job.
GOOD LUCK AND GODSPEED!
