Class Will We, the Class of 1960, of Belgrade High School, Gallatin County, State of Montana, being of sound body and mind, do hereby declare this to be the last will and testament of our class. The Senior Class wills to the Juniors its ability to put on a successful talent showg to the Sophomores its ability to economize on the junior prom, to the Freshmen the dream of being a senior, and to the faculty its ability to stay calm in an emergency. Donn Bergen wills his bass voice to Jim Moore. Leonard Bopp wills his liveliness to Theodore Cope. Larry Bright wills his ability to get good grades to Gary Burton. Byron Carter wills his gay spirit to Dale Wegan. Gail Creecy wills her artistic ability to the art editor of the 1961 Panther. Karen Fechter wills her blonde hair to Nancy Harrer. Bob Feddes wills his height to his little brother Leon. Bonnie Hietala wills her height to Jonne Jensen. Diana Hoffman wills her ability to chatter to Carol Stiles. Bruce Huffine wills his laugh to all the Belgrade teachers. Ron Iverson wills his journalistic talent to the Rehtnap staff. Dave Johnson wills his correspondence courses back to Mrs. Randall and Mr. Heath. Pat Jones wills her cooking ability to the sophomore girls. Sharon Kalkas wills her librarian's job to Kathy Koukol. Arnie Krushensky wills his wavy hair to Robert Otheim. Jim Kurtz wills his height to Tom Verwolf. Joyce Kuykendall wills her homemaking talents to all the girls of BHS. Clifford Lincoln wills his scientific mind to Dick Bergen. Dan Lowe wills his calmness to Garry Hellyer. Larry Martin wills his strength to Bill Nutter. Mary Ellen Miller wills her ability to study after the noon bell rings to all of the hungry students in fourth period study hall. Ken Nelson wills his ability to play a saxophone to Chuck Sloan. Bob Noon wills his Oh, Mercy! and other sayings to anyone who feels the need to express himself. Milton Prescott wills his marksmanship to Dallas Miller. Marlene Rector wills her singing ability to the Girls' Glee Club. Chuck Root wills his job at the F. F. A. farm to anyone who can run water up hill. Bud Satre wills his boxing ability to Eddie DeHaan. Arleen Schell wills her poise to all the freshman girls. Dorothy Sharp wills her majorette position to Linda Schultz. Juanita Theisen wills her shyness to Arnette Tholkes. Arnold Tholkes wills his Brylcreem locks to Mr. Heath. Ken Tonn wills his training ability to next year's basketball boys. Gary Ward wills his '59 Chevy to Robin Burnett. Karen Watt wills her per- severance to all students who don't like to study. Class Prophecy As we look into the future, ten years from now, in the year 1970, we see: Donn Bergen is currently starring at the Metropolitan Opera. Leonard Bobb now owns and operates the Rainbow Dude Ranch. Larry Bright is a practicing veterinarian, who directs his own dance band on the sideline. Byron Carter is farming the rock bar at Gallatin Field. Gail Creecy is singing and appearing with the Grand Old Opry. Karen Fechter, now Mrs. Henry Veltcamp, is a happy homemaker. Bob Fed- des is the star center of the Minneapolis Lakers. Bonnie Hietala is a private secretary to the Dean of Women at Montana State College. Diana Hoffman's fashions are now competing with those of the House of Dior. Bruce Huffine, a millionaire wheat farmer, was just appointed Secretary of Agriculture. Ron Iverson is editor of the NEW YORK TIMES. Dave Johnson, now married to Kay Radcliff, is head carpenter of the crew building Belgrade's new gym. Patti Jones is a model in the Paris fashion shops. Sharon Kalk- as is busy raising little Christensens. Arnie Krushensky is a tough sergeant for Uncle Sam. Jim Kurtz is president of the Gallatin Trust and Savings Bank. Joyce Kuykendall is Home Demonstration Agent for Gallatin County. Cliff Lincoln was last seen climbing into a rocket at Capte Canaveralg he hopes to be the first man on the moon. Dan Lowe is president of Brigham Young University. Larry Martin's Guernsey cattle took top prizes this year at the Denver Livestock Show. Mary Ellen Miller is spending the summer in Sweden as an International Farm Youth Exchange student. Ken Nelson owns and operates the Belgrade Creamery. Bob Noon is chief forest ranger in Gallatin National Forest. Milton Prescott has a successful dental practice at Belgrade. Marlene Rector is a commercial science teacher at Bozeman Senior High. Charles Root is a research chemist for DuPont Chemical Corporation. Bud Satre is featherweight boxing champion of the world. Arleen Schell is the leading contralto of the Robert Shaw Chorale. Dorothy Sharp is the twirling instructor at the University of Hawaii. Juanita Theisen is superintendent of Shodair Hospital. Arnold Tholkes is a chemistry professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ken Tonn is the county agent of Gallatin County.
