if me f- I , Ke .: g ' X' Vkk, ggi? ,. ,wi Early in November Nelse Miller received the Bausch 8: Lomb Honorary Science Award at Bel Air. This award is given annually to the senior with the best record in science. With this honor came the opportunity for Nelse to compete in a national scholarship program sponsored by Bausch 61 Lomb, Incorporated, at the University of Rochester. In the seven years since classes began at B Air, the student body has built for itself a enviable record of accomplishments. Highlande have won district championships in footbal basketball, and baseball. Sports is by no means the only field in whic the Scots claim victory. This year two student of each classification represented the schoo in an Optimist-sponsored Youth Appreciatio Week. An addition to Bel Air this year is th Victory Bell, donated by the Future Teachers 0 America Club. The ringing of this bell mark each fresh Highlander victory. 4. Y .F A .
