BEEMER HIGH SCHOOL Beemer, Nebraska Marilyn Paulsen, Editor BOBCAT We, the Seniors, dedicate this annual, the 1963 BOBCAT, to Mr. Oswald in ap- preciation of five years of service to the Beemer Public School, and for his friend- liness toward all. We are very grateful to him because of all the help he has given us towards making our school activities possible. 2 The Board of Education JOHN COHEE: President MERLE MARTIN EDGAR CONRAD: Secretary RAY STEFFENSME1LR HENRY ENGELHORN: Treasurer GENE MARTIN Annual Staff Editor............ The memory of subjects studied, of athletic and musical events, of social functions, and of friendships formed, will become increas- ingly meaningful as time passes. All honor is due the staff who have work- ed long and hard to provide this record of Beemer High School. Years ago a college yearbook well ex- pressed the tribulations of all editorial staffs: im,™ ’’With faces grim, with eyes grown dim, With fingers all crippled and sore. We cease to think, wash off the ink. And close the sanctum door. We've worked like mad for every ad. From air compressors to pills: We've done our best—Heaven give us rest, And cash to pay the bills.
