Ohio State University With Bedford l950 The educational program is planned and Administration The problems of the administration of a public school system are threefold: to formulate the program of education, to hire trained personnel to carry out the program and to pro- vide housing and facilities for the students Our superintendent, Dale D. Heskett, who has served our school for eight years, has been faced with the problems of a rapidly growing school system. Several new elementary schools and our nearly completed high school have been con- structed under his leadership. In all phases of the educational program the superinten- dent is responsible to and aided by the Board of Education.
