Eddie Ellison, Roger Chase, Don Smallwood, Bob Motsinger, Bob McPike, Dodd Edington. This group, one of the largest organized clubs in Bedford High School, was started in 1948 by Mr. Carpenter and was taken over by Mr. Coombs, present B.H.S. science teacher, in 1955. The members meet every other Monday night and strive to have an appropriate speaker at each meeting. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors make up the body of this extremely large club. and are welcome to join at any time. DRIVER 3' TRAINING CLASS The drivers training class was established in 1948. Vernon Crane has been teacher of this subject since it was established. This class meets 5 days a week and counts W credit toward graduation.
