The band has also dem- onstrated a great deal of fine show- manship on this held. Mr. Brown, a hustling, bustling figure, is loaded down with his boxes and ropes to go to the football field to get ready for another game. Be careful, Mr. Brown! SPIRINH SPORTS l'I'.llHI'.AM NUT HEAVY Baseball has long been a popular sport among the high school boys, and a large group turns out each season to vie for places on the squad. Coach Barnes says that not all who have their pictures taken appear for work, but that many do try out that make good team members. The 1953 schedule includes eleven games, the most ambitious program in recent years. These include return games with Mitchell and Bloomington and a double-header with New Albany. Since the season is short the games have to be close together - and when rained out, welll!
