jim I want you to meet our Seniors, A handsome lot are they, I want you to know them as they work, And know them as they play. First there are Nancy and Lois, Our very pride and joy, With their intellect and leadership, They are admired by each girl and boy. Let's meet Beulah and Eleanor, A fancy pair these two, Look at their blushes and giggles And hair of a flaming hue. Now, I want your special attention, For these are important names, It's our athletes, Paige and Mary Jane, Who always bring us fame. Watch out boys, here comes the wolves, It's Barbara and Joanne. There's nothing they had rather have, Than a great, big, handsome man. What is this approaching? Pupils from a lower grade? Why, it's Mary Ann and Janie, Our tiny tots on parade. We have two witty members, Without them school would be dreary, They're Butterbean and Billie, our pranks Of their jokes we never get weary. I-lark! I hear a giggle, Wonder who it can be? It's bound to be happy, little Ann Whose voice rings out with glee. The next two willowy lassies Are an eyeful, if you get me, Jackie and Beck all dressed up, Are a handsome sight to see. 12 Now, who did their bookkeeping? That's Jane,s eternal yell, Just go and ask Eddie Bryant He knows his books quite well. ters, 'o We have our dignified seniors, This title they surely deserve Ann Green and Winston charm us With their dignity and reserve. Monk is really a cutie, Harry is quite a guy, So, together as Jerry and Albert They raised the roof sky high. What's that down the hall now coming? Berk and Jimmy lead the parade. Behind is a bevy of beauties, The little ladies of the eighth grade. Next comes our hearty workers, Theylre Patricia, Barbara, and Mary Under a load of books they struggle As they fly home in a hurry. Here are Charles Atlas and Hercules. Listen to the ladies sigh. No, itls our own Jennings and Lawrence From right here at Bedford High. James and R. B. are our Romeos The ladies they like to woo. But then there are Homer and Raymond, They like the ladies too. Marshall and Aubrey are bashful, Iris and Estelle are too. Maybe if we matched them together, There could be some romance anew. You know Betty Jane and Janie, Are each wearing a sparkling ring. The rest of us think of a diploma, But it's Mrs. Overstreetn they sing. J. B. will star in the movies, Romantic roles he will lead: But what about little sister, Izzy? She is a pretty lass indeed. You didn't meet all of the Senors, But I guess you can take this hint, These guys and gals at B. H. S. Are worth more than the U. S. Mint. ELEANOR PARRISH Class Por f
