The sTaTT decision To issue The publicaTion weekly, insTead oT semi-monThly, led To more compleTe ancl up-To-daTe news coverage. Toward The end OT The year, a small amounT oT adverTising was soliciTaTed by Frank Kresse, Business Manager, in order To cover incidenTal expenses and sponsor a carToon conTesT. Exchange EdiTor Don STiver builT up The exchange lisT and ediTed a column oT news Trom near-by high schools. ArT work on The paper was under The supervision oT Jackie DeMenT, Mary Ann Templeman. and John Hacker. A clisTincTion was made beiween The socieTy and meow pages, ediTecl by Ardis Walker and Anna Mae HolT respecTively when The pages were published in weekly roTaTion.
