In order to follow the Beaufort High tradition of striving for betterment and improvement, members of the staff have attended South Carolina conferences on publishing annuals. The work that has been put into this book will long be remembered . . .hours and hours of planning, worrying, discussing, and hoping! I Lyn Fraser, Assistant Business Manager, and Mary Ellen Marcil, Advertising Manager, have run the paper's business well. Circulation and Subscription Managers, Linda Sutlrer, Jay Mcleod, Pam Dernaga, and Pat Fordham have been steadily increasing the Tidal Wave's already large circulation. tra? ilk To the students of Beaufort High, the Tidal Wave is their representative in news, humor, and sports. Printed every three weeks, it is a publication of, for, and by the student-body. The Tidal Wave stat? contains mem- bers from all grades, from Freshmen to Seniors.
