PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE Joseph H. Pellerzi Principal A school is mirrored by its yearbook which serves as a memory book for those who are spending their last year in high school. It is a picture-record of their experiences, achievements, and desires. It tells the story of one hundred ninety - four young Americans who have completed the first large important task that our society has demanded of them. It is an indication of the success they will have with the other tasks that our society will demand of them in their future. The seniors are to be congratulated for this outstanding record of their school life. The underclassmen and faculty feel that this book is indeed in keeping with the quality of achievement attained by the seniors throughout their school careers. It is the most sincere wish of all the staff of Beall High School that your life's work will reflect the best that we have striven to give you, thus making tomor- row's world a finer place in which to live. With Godspeed and best wishes we bid you a fond farewell. VICE PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE To the Class of '64 This has been a year of progress, tragedy, and reflection. It has become clear that each of us has a responsibility to himself and to others. There will be many opportunities in your future. There will be responsibilities you must assume if you are to realize these opportunities. What you have learned in your five years at Beall High School, valuable as it is, is only the beginning. You have ac- quired skills and knowledge, developed a sense of patriotism and loyalty. You have been guided and counseled. From now on you must rely more and more on your initiative and efforts. You must find a goal and work toward it. You must be willing to assume leadership, to accept responsibility, and to do the work neces- sary to make your goals realities. We have enjoyed knowing you. Re- luctantly, but confidently, we say goodbye.
