Performances during the Christmas Holi- days were made on the Dick Lamb Show, Midday, and The Mike and Lynn Show. Live shows at Pembroke Mall and local churches climaxed the busy yule sea- son. At times it seemed as if the Madrigals sang more than they slept or attended classes. But the spirit they infused in Bayside lpeaked at Omnibusl made us happy What better purpose could music serve? 20

Girl's Chorus gave a total of six concerts during their busy year. At Christmas time, they could be seen and heard at Pembroke Mall. During Omnibus, the Chorus entertained the stu- dent body during sixth bell. Other activities for the year included a joint concert with singers from Cox High School and appearences at various local churches. Concert Chorus was also at Pembroke Mall during the Christmas Holidays. Activities included their participation in Singing 77 , which. was a show put on by the music department.

After the membership drive and in- stallation banquet, the Fall Doughnut sale and valen- tine promotion kept the organization active until the city-wide competi- tion in February.
