The Leadership Con- ference that was held 'at Nags Head, North Carolina in November was followed by pre- paration for the District 1 Skilled and Leader- ship contests in February. Sandwiched in between was the local Thanksgiving and Christ- mas food basket preparation during the holiday. The Spring brought the State leadership conference in Staunton on April 7,8, and 9, and the annual employer-employee banquet. By the end of the school year, the picnic for VICA members and friends was a welcome relief. , X
