-qw f s1 German Club Has 2nd Place Float The German Club, under the guid- ance of Mr. Narvez and the leader- ship of Robert Schellenberg, had a successful year. Winning second place for their float in home- coming competition, paid off the German club members for their hard work and artistic ability. Their color- ful float illustrated Bayside shooting down Bookers. Another one of their major activities was to organize folk dances for high school German Clubs in Virginia Beach. The money they earned this year went towards their annual trip to Busch Gardens, and their traditional Christmas Party.
