Hart, Treasurer, T. Higgins, Historian, K. Hubbard, Secretary, GX Chooses Club Sweethearts For the first time in its existence, Theta Chi Hi-Y entered a float in Homecoming competition. In re- turn for the members' hours of work and creative- ness, the float won third place. One of the club's largest service protects was assisting the SCA by painting the basketball court, orienting the gym more toward school spirit. Other service projects in- cluded their annual Turkey Day Safety Check-up for teachers' cars, supporting an orphan, and Christmas caroling with its sister Tri-Hi-Y Honestate. QQ GAA Encourages A Hard hit by many graduations, the Girls Athletic Association had to regroup at the beginning of the year. A membership drive and election of officers put the club back on its feet. Besides being active in field hockey, basketball, gymnastics, and volley- ball, the members held several car washes and doughnut sales.
