Extensive Evaluation Proves Qualit of City Schools As a result of an extensive evaluation conducted by Mr. Brickell, it was learned that the norm for the city schools was above the national norm. Plans were also discussed to allow Seniors with a B or better average in a class to choose whether or not they wished to take the exam. Mr. Brickell said that schools needed to find a more accurate measure ofa student's knowledge than the traditional semester exams. Superintendent of Schools Edward E. Brickell.
