VICA Stresses Technical Phases of Business Providing a cooperative association between the student, school, and industry, ICT gave the student the opportunity for industrial training. The students received classroom instruction directly related to technical and non-technical phases of the business world. The ICT program enabled the students to profit from actual on-the-iob experience and at the same time realized a handsome income and earned credits toward their high school diploma.
