They still varry the battle scars from the decapping of Judge Baylor, and the bags under their eyes are from guarding the campus all nightf, wfhe sophomores and juniors attempt to take Home- coming as a matter-of-course. The shine of the newness of college life has tarnished a bit. and the prospects of the date for the game seem more important than the symbolism of the festivities. 'Tor the seniors. the Homecoming is both the end and the beginning. Probably it's the last time they will watch the bonfire in bobbie socks or stay up all night working on floats.
