Tl-IE 1938 IQGUINID-UP HE 1938 ROUND-UP will be included on the Student Blanket Tax. By virtue of this forward step, the yearbooks which follow will be larger, more representative, and will have many improvements which were not possible under the budget of the past few years. A small budget was necessitated in the light of financial expediency as only a small percentage of the students took an interest or participated in the building of an Annual. Now, it is every student's book. There will be multi-colored division plates, larger class sec- tions, more features, larger plates, and a better art make-up. The editor will be privileged to use his ingenuity and originality to a greater extent, and the Baylor Round-lip should gain in prestige both on the campus and among the schools of the South. Thus, we take this space to wish next year's editor and the editors of the future bmi 'Z'0'WIgf', smoother sailing, and better vic- tories for old Baylor!
