Seniors experience new adventure On Thursday April 2, 1987 the seniors loaded onto the charter bus at 4:00a.m. and headed for Winter Park. They arrived there at 11:00a.m., checked out skis and snowmobiles and were on with a funfilled day in the mountains of Colorado. Towards the end of the day, a bus took them to the Morning Star Ranch where a sleigh pulled by two Belgian horses took them to a barn where they were served a delicious country style dinner. The folks were nice people, and the atmosphere was nice which made it a day to remember. After the seniors gathered together and loaded onto the bus we sat back and relaxed for a long journey home. Seniors enjoy annual breakfast It was really good and the decorations were really cool, was Rula Anest's comment on the senior breakfast held on Wednesday, May 20. The breakfast had a toga theme and was held at Los Laureles. Greg Alles, class president, gave a prayer before the traditional breakfast was served. Mr. Cundall, superintendent, and Mr. Armstrong, principal, each gave a short talk to the class. After eating, the group played three games that were related to the toga theme. After the games, the class met in the school gym to practice for the graduation ceremony.
