The purpose of the student council is to provide B. H. S. with student government for the benefit of the school an dthe students. By working with the faculty and the student body the council is able to help solve many problems. Suggestions are brought up and discussed in the council meetings which are held each Wednesday at 10:30. The majority opinion of the council is then presented to the student body for approval. The council is active in providing convocation programs. The president also acts as chairman during most of the hiah school programs.
