Music Music has long been regarded with an esthetic interest and appreciation throughout the world. The patterns in music-rhythm, mood and the pleasing arrangement of sounds, have long car- ried with them distinct cultures and traditions. Music includes the rich heritage of sounds shared by all the world . . . the brilliance of a Beethoven or a Bach. Music, in a sense, is beauty, an inspirational outlet for manis spiritual nature, Y Mr. Dietrich Mr. Hepner truly, it has added enjoyment and enrichment to lives of all men. l Mr. Gifford Mr. Ilorner .4 Art Man has been engaged in artistic expression of some sort as far back as history can record. Through art man has found a worthy outlet for liis feelings and ideas. He has created monumental and .lbeautiful edifices to en- shrine his deepest emotions and religious convictions. He has painted his passions on glowing canvases, using various patterns of shades and colors, and has carved marble into flawless forms that have survived for centu- ries. Certainly, art is expressive of culture in its many patterns. -.44
