STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION INTER-HIGH REPRESENTATIVES Evonne Winston, Darrell Elliott The Student Government Association is a vital organi- zation representing all students. ln its twenty-first year, the S.G.A. has provided many services to the students, the school, and the community. Included in the S.G.A. struc- ture are the Assembly, seven otticers, a Student Board, Student Court, and several committees. Among the special activities of this growing organiza- tion during the i967-l968 school year were an anti- vandalism campaign, the presentation ot a talent show, the distribution ot Christmas gifts to students at Oregon and Wales, and the planning of a local leadership workshop. Other activities of the S.G.A. included operation of honor study halls and building control, planning home- coming activities, sponsoring the prom, providing instruc- tion for the IO-B's and selling pennants and rings. Cars ot all students and faculty members were registered by the Auto Registration Committee, and building ushers were provided for evening programs held in the building. The Student Board acted as a coordinating body for the S.G.A. and met with the administration several times during the year. S.G.A.
