KORN PRINCIPAL Education for living might appropriately describe the basic aim co-ordinating all activities at Bay View in I949. lt is that philosophy which in the modern schcol has taken away the emphasis from pedantry and the snobbish display of knowledge that makes for class distinction and puts it squarely on whatever helps the individual to develcp in the area in which he shows the greatest natural aptitude. lt is that philosophy which gives not iust definite preparation for one specific job, but a conditioning that will make it possible for the individual to adjust to a wide range of iobs.
