CQMMERC. IM Bookkeeping class at work. The commercial department offers five courses. Junior business teaches the student practical business problems. Study guides and laboratory problems apply the principles learned. In bookkeeping the Twentieth Century workbooks and text are used. Study guide: tests are taken at the end of each chapter. Two practice setsvill have been completed at the end of the term. One year of typing is offered in which two periods are spent. A typing contest was held in Warner, March 2. SOCVXL SCIENCE A daily news report, prepared by the members, kept the international relations students informed on world affairs. Each student chose an interesting subject on which to write a 5000 word theme as outside work. The material in the text was out- lined as an aid in studying. To supplement the commercial geo- graphy text, reports were given and a map collection was made. A brief survey of world history from the beginning of the world to the present time was taken up in world history class.
