Even the regulars were soon hoping to get back out with the fleet. 12 Nov. '44--Inspection by Rear Admiral Gardner- a well done. 17 Nov. '44-Special birthday dinner. First anniversary of the Page Fifty ship's commissioning. Party at Ford Island Tennis Club.
