Rushed shots, stinging backhand, errors in key situations plagued Bas- sett ' s varsity tennis team. Despite the frustration a season record of 3-12 stood through tough competition. The junior varsity fought a desperate 6-6 season. Records notwithstanding both teams were loaded with great athletes. Lisa Olvera and Adda Barrios were 1 and 2 in singles competition.
