When Mr. Marlin left B.ll.S. to take over the principal- ship of junior high school. the Class of ,55 chose Mr. Walkden to replace him as its adviser. Through lluns Mautner. who held the newly created post of School Vice President. the entire class had an opportunity to get a clear-cut picture of the responsibili- lics which it must assume when it takes over the helm next full. 'l'he class was well represented in all school activities, chief among which were sports of all types, drama pro- ductions. and the school paper. Outstanding affairs spon- sored hy the group included a Record Hopv held on Novemher lil. and a cake sale held on January 23, The main social event of the year was the traditional Junior Prom on the evening of April 23. 55 MR.
