He first came to Henderson after graduatinifrom Shurtleff College. He later received is Master's Degree from the University of Indiana. He was coach until 1938, when he became one of the chief stepping stones on the path to our success. Mr. Riehl has always uied, to the best of his ability, to give Barret students the best that the circumstances allow. As a re- sult of his continuous efforts for the im- provement of our school, the Senior Class of 1952 is better prepared to continue on their path to success. A R H ITECTS MR, H. L, SMITH Superintendent Mr. Smith came to Henderson in 1947 to assume the position of superintendent in our school system. He has been active in the field of education ever since he re- ceived his Master's Degree in Education from Columbia University. When Mr. Smith became superintendent in the Henderson schools he took upon himself the many problems of a city with inadequate schools. He has worked with unending energy toward the improvement of our schools. it MISS A. DORSEY Latin Dean of Girls MR. E. GATES Metal Shop Y MRS. K. s1GHTs MR. w.
