Turnover Brumby Materializes The last two, and the briefest of Barney's stops were for fuel. Rota, Spain, on the other side of Gibral- tar near Cadiz, is the site of a large naval base, and is the place where Barney was formally and officially re- lieved by U.S.S. Brumby on 8 December.
