SOFTBALL Once again when fhe spring season rolled around, 'lhe girls began working on 'lheir sofiball ieams. lnframurals were organ- ized and afier spending many nighis afier school praciicing, 'lwo games were played wifh Tuclcerion, in which Barnegai showed fhe fine resul'l's of iheir indusiriousness. ARCHERY This year fhe girls' sporls program was greafly enlarged ihrough 'ihe efforfs of Mrs. Fackler., For fhe firsi 'lime archery was infro- duced in B. H. S. Wiih 'lhe help and inieresi of ihe siudenis and faculiy, a good sfari was made in organizing archery as a permaneni parr of ihe girls' iniramural program. Teams were organized and meels were held and ii' proved 'lo be an excifing and enioyable firsi year for archery. SPORTS NITE Co-Capfains - Kafhleen Daniel, Grain Svolling, Ann Philip, Noalifa Torrell. Sporis Nile was held on Friday, April 24. The Black Team, under ihe leadership of co- capiains Kaihleen Daniel and Ann Philip, chose On +he Town depiciing ciiy scenes as iheir iheme.
