In Dedication It takes a combination of many victories over human na- ture to gain the admiration of the young. A Vice-Principal who is dedicated to his work and serves as a pattern by which stu- dents can hope to mold themselves into useful men and women is a person deserving of great respect and honor. ' We have dedicated our annual to Mr. James Heslop. He has been working in the Banning School District for the past six years going on seven. He has shown loyalty to his responsibili- ties as Vice-Principal of B.H.S. A witty sense of humor and a cool personality are excel- lent qualities that we students look for in a leader. Mr. Heslop has been an Athletic pirector, Assistant Coach. Coach of Varsity Baseball. Assistant Principal at Susan B. Coombs Junior High School, and is presently the Vice-Principal of Banning High School. Mr. Heslop is a real camping enthusiast and his hobby is golf. He loves chocolate cake, steak, and especially his wife's cooking. He thinks his family and pets are absolutely super!! For those long hours after school he keeps a large bottle of Excedrin. Never-the-less. Mr. Heslop is a man in himself. His fu- ture plans are to continue to work in the administration of B.H.S. 16
